14th Annual Kahuna Kupuna Benefit Surf Contest

 Come to the 14th Annual Kahuna Kupuna Benefit Surf Contest, Saturday, July 20, 2013.  The contest is geared towards surfers above the age of 40.  It hosts separate sub-divisions for both men and women, featuring shortboard and longboard.  The event is from 8 am  to 5 pm.

Pacifica Night Life - Hot Spot

Driving down Highway 1, I came across a nice little bar right near the ocean. It's called "A Grape in the Fog," and is relatively new to the area. I spoke with the owner, Beth Lamke, about what it is and what happens there. I was actually pleasantly surprised that such a small place in the middle of a small town can host so many events and attract so many people.
