We will explore the structure of one piece, one seam swirl jackets. Upon registration you will receive the digital copy of knit, Swirl! so you may select which variation to focus on during the retreat. Beginners and experienced knitters are welcome! This retreat is for those adventurous souls seeking the coast of California, to unwind, drink great wine, and converse with friends. -Arrivals on Wednesday in Half Moon Bay at San Benito Bed & Breakfast, after 3 pm. Welcome reception and appetizers at 6 pm in the lounge. -Thursday finds us at Harley Farms, who specialize in goat cheese but use llamas for guards! Sandra will introduce swirl jackets, beginning with a team measurement activity. The afternoon can be spent exploring downtown Half Moon Bay or strolling the beach on Thursday and Friday. -We will also have extended hours at the local yarn shop Thursday evening at Fengari. You will have the option to buy a Swirl kit based on the one you'd like to knit! -On Friday, we will gather at La Nebbia Winery & continue work on our swirl jackets.
