The shining spotlight of Kathy Holly's new episode is directed at two unbelievably talented singer-actresses from San Francisco, Carolyn Power and Linda Kosut.
Kathy Holly takes you on a tour through the fascinating journeys of both of these talented women. They talk about how they got started in the business, their life lessons along the way, and where they are now.
This episode contains exclusive videos of their incredible performances which are full of life and emotion.
Kathy Holly dives right into Carolyn's career , starting with how started acting, and how she has developed into the successful performer she is today.

Through Carolyn Power's hard work, dedication, and passion for singing and acting, she founded her own theater company, and has produced a couple of her own plays of collected stories.
Carolyn Power has a brand new show coming out November 4th, called "Seeing Thunder, Hearing Light" at the Society Cabaret in San Francisco. Her show will highlight the experiences during her childhood that have shaped her into who she is today.

She tells Kathy about how she did not get started with her  singing and acting career officially until adulthood. Surprisingly, Linda originally got her BA in Science and Mathematics. She continues by giving a fascinating explanation about how she found her way by getting started with cabaret in New York City.

Linda is also doing a show soon in November at Society Cabaret, which is called "Together." She goes in depth about why she called it that and what it really means to her.
These two ladies were totally enchanting with their captivating stories and performances!

The WAVE Awards, stands for Western Access Video Excellence Awards.This amazing program is part of the Western States Regional Conference and Trade Show for the Alliance For Community Media (ACM). This contest is open to residents of CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, COLORADO, HAWAII, NEW MEXICO and ARIZONA.

ACM also known as Alliance for Community Media is a national network of affiliate TV and Radio stations and Public Access advocates whose mission is to promote free speech and greater civic engagement through Community Media. ACM support public media outlets so communities can find relevant local content from respected sources. The "ACM West" region represents hundreds of local affiliate stations from the six western states.

Did you miss the re-run of Pacifica Fog Fest Parade? Don't worry!

Every year, Fog Fest starts off with the Saturday morning parade, demonstrating colorful and creative floats of different businesses, individuals, marching bands, dance groups, and also some classic and vintage cars.

Prizes are given to the Best Float, Best Mini Float, Most Creative Walking Group, and Best Music or Dance Group. Hosted annually in Pacifica, California, Fog Fest 2017 marked 32 years of celebrating the Coastside community! 

With Fog Fest being right around the corner, we thought it might be fun reminiscing the previous Fog Fest Parade.

San Francisco Pride Parade 2017

This week's episode features San Francisco Pride Parade that happened on June 24-25, 2017. Gaby and Nicole discuss the origin and goals of one of the largest pride parade in the nation.

Pacifica Earth Day 2017

This episode also covers the annual Pacifica Earth Day, also known as the Eco Fest. Nicole demonstrates a crash course of recycling. She shows which particular items belongs to recycling bin, compost bin, and trash bin. 

Dream Machines

Pacific Coast Dream Machines was also highlighted in this episode. Dream Machines is One of the coolest shows on Earth. It offers an exhibit of vintage cars, flying machines, kids fun zone and a lot more!

Mori Point

Last but not the least, Nicole and Gaby talk about the viewtiful Mori Point. Mori point is part of Golden Gate National Park. It is one of the hiking destinations here in Pacifica, consisting of 10 hiking trails.

This year, we are celebrating PCT's 40th anniversary as a non-profit community foundation. On June 9th, PCT held our annual Honors celebration that this year featured a good deal about our history as a station.

With plenty of networking with our fellow coast siders, entertainment, and finally a live program to introduce each honoree to our community, PCT Honors was an amazing event. Now we've captured the essence of this glorious evening in a full feature video. Over the past 40 years, Pacific Coast TV has highlighted the people that make our coast-side such a wonderful place to live.

Conscious Living is coming to PCT!

Conscious living is hosted by Michael and Bianca Alexander.

The show aims to raise the vibration of the planet through inspiring television. Conscious living educates its viewers how to have a happier and healthier lifestyle by demonstrating healthy recipes, interviews from successful individuals, and inspiring stories. For more information click HERE.

Pacific Coast TV Media Workshop (ages 14+)

Sign up for Pacific Coast TV Media Workshop at Half Moon Bay Recreation!

Participants will learn how to use a camera, microphone, and lights to record interviews, events, and happenings in the community. They will also learn how to edit and produce videos. As well as to check out professional gear to create projects and work on live productions.

Hey folks! Did you know you can utilize PCT's website to advertise your event?

Here are the simple steps on how to add your events: 

1. Go to our website and log in to your account. 

2. Click Events.

3. Click Add button. 

4. Enter the information needed. Don't forget to add an image!

5. After entering your event's information, click Add Event at the end of the page. 

6. There you have it! The event will be under Admin's approval.

Wavelength is a public access forum show discussing local news with local newsmakers in the hopes of giving the community a better understanding of local issues. 

This week, host Ian Butler talks to Thursday Roberts, Daniel Saver, and Larry Hixson about the issue of rent control in Pacifica.

Pacific Coast TV offers workshops to help you prepare for real television production. One of the workshops offered is Character Generator. Character Generator or CG is adding titles, credits, and graphics to the production.  The CG Operator is taught how to enter the information, operate the video interface, and make changes in the presentation of the material, such as scrolling, wipes or dissolves.  

While typing is a beneficial skill, it is not a prerequisite.
