Every first Tuesday of the month, Big Mouth Productions organize an event called First Tuesday Spoken Words. Everyone is invited to attend and/or read their poetry at Radio Africa Kitchen Restaurant on the first Tuesday of the month. The event is filled with positive energy, letting individuals express theirselves through spoken words, singing, and even rapping.

The Big Chill Out is an annual surfing contest presented by Pedro Point Surf Club. It help raises funds for the community. This year's proceeds went to Ride A WaveSurfrider Foundation & Pacifica Beach Coalition
Last but not the least, Gaby and Nicole tackled Fleet Week happened in San Francisco. 
It is an annual three day air show that features United States Navy Blue Angels and Canadian Snowbirds. Not only does it offer an amazing show, it also celebrates the Bay Area naval tradition, honoring individuals serving in our armed forces.

The shining spotlight of Kathy Holly's new episode is directed at two unbelievably talented singer-actresses from San Francisco, Carolyn Power and Linda Kosut.
Kathy Holly takes you on a tour through the fascinating journeys of both of these talented women. They talk about how they got started in the business, their life lessons along the way, and where they are now.
This episode contains exclusive videos of their incredible performances which are full of life and emotion.
Kathy Holly dives right into Carolyn's career , starting with how started acting, and how she has developed into the successful performer she is today.

Through Carolyn Power's hard work, dedication, and passion for singing and acting, she founded her own theater company, and has produced a couple of her own plays of collected stories.
Carolyn Power has a brand new show coming out November 4th, called "Seeing Thunder, Hearing Light" at the Society Cabaret in San Francisco. Her show will highlight the experiences during her childhood that have shaped her into who she is today.  


Linda Kosut, a jazz cabaret singer considers herself a "storyteller with music."

She tells Kathy about how she did not get started with her  singing and acting career officially until adulthood. Surprisingly, Linda originally got her BA in Science and Mathematics. She continues by giving a fascinating explanation about how she found her way by getting started with cabaret in New York City.

Linda is also doing a show soon in November at Society Cabaret, which is called "Together." She goes in depth about why she called it that and what it really means to her.
These two ladies were totally enchanting with their captivating stories and performances!

Every year, producers from Pacific Coast Television are recognized for their talent and work of art through WAVE Awards.

The WAVE Awards, stands for Western Access Video Excellence Awards.This amazing program is part of the Western States Regional Conference and Trade Show for the Alliance For Community Media (ACM). This contest is open to residents of CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, COLORADO, HAWAII, NEW MEXICO and ARIZONA.

ACM also known as Alliance for Community Media is a national network of affiliate TV and Radio stations and Public Access advocates whose mission is to promote free speech and greater civic engagement through Community Media. ACM support public media outlets so communities can find relevant local content from respected sources. The "ACM West" region represents hundreds of local affiliate stations from the six western states.

Every year, Fog Fest starts off with the Saturday morning parade, demonstrating colorful and creative floats of different businesses, individuals, marching bands, dance groups, and also some classic and vintage cars.

These guys at Mutiny Radio's annual rap battle are killing it in the rap scene. They've got some ridiculous talent that you just can't miss out on. PCT's executive director Martin Anaya, heads down to the Mission district of San Francisco and talks to Amanda Rocks, co-host of Mutiny Radio's Afternoon delight show, to get the scoop on what's going down. You'll get a fascinating perspective on some of the most talented local rappers in the area and get to watch them spit some crazy fire! The contestants are challenged through bonus points they can earn by mentioning different words during their freestyle.

Pescadero Arts and Fun Festival (or PAFF) is a fundraising event for the community that happens every year around August, and showcases the work of local artists. They have live music and food your mouth will water for! We can't forget about this Fashion Show called Jade Week. This fashion show happens in San Francisco sometime in early August, and is inspired by traditional Asian clothing. Last but not least, our friends at Pan Handle Productions, share a stunning clip of the 80 year festival celebrating performing arts at the Stern Grove festival.

Now we've captured the essence of this glorious evening in a full feature video. Over the past 40 years, Pacific Coast TV has highlighted the people that make our coast-side such a wonderful place to live.

Learn How To Do CG!

Pacific Coast TV offers workshops to help you prepare for real television production. One of the workshops offered is Character Generator. Character Generator or CG is adding titles, credits, and graphics to the production.  The CG Operator is taught how to enter the information, operate the video interface, and make changes in the presentation of the material, such as scrolling, wipes or dissolves.  

While typing is a beneficial skill, it is not a prerequisite.
