Two interns, Monika Chan and I went to visit Linda Mar Beach in Pacifica, CA.
We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and met some awesome people from all over the bay area, and lovely locals alike.
Tune in to see what is going on in the Pacific Coastal Towns, and your local community. One of the great things about Linda Mar is that it's pet friendly. There are many restaurants in close proximity as well as walking/bike trails. The parking is plentiful and free, so out-of-town visitors take heart. Linda Mar Beach is right off Highway 1 and very accessible. It's a great place to meet other surfers and wave watchers. Recently one of our PCT photogs actually caught a podl of grey whales in the cove having a great time.
Linda Mar beach is a great place for surfers who are just starting out, picnics, and much more. Check out PCT to see some exciting footage and fun! Do you have an event, establishment, or interesting story we can share? Contact us!
Linda Mar has classically been an inspiring place for artists and painters. You can spend a day just painting the beauitiful Linda Mar beach hotel. If you have ever thought of visiting Pacifica, be sure to visit Linda Mar beach.
Our intern Monika even did Yoga on the beach. At one point our station director Martin thought passers by may have thought she was offering a class. Check out our interns Ani and Monika as they get down and dirty on the Pacifica beach (literally. We were covered with sand and loved every minute of it).
