Charge! is a rock band of youngsters (all in high school this year) from the Peninsula. They will perform the classics from Black Sabbath, Rush, and more at the Millbrae Art and Wine Festival (http://millbrae.miramarevents.com/) at the "Streets Filled With Talent" Stage.
