Ladies Jiu Jitsu Tuesdays

Join Deb Arans and Victoria Tome for BJJ  basics and self defense in a female only class atmosphere. All levels welcomed. 

Deb Arana holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 35 years of experience teaching various forms of movement techniques including ballet, samba, pole and aerial dance, fitness group classes, personal training & Pilates both group and one on one sessions, and of course Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 

Victoria Tomé at 20 yrs old holds her Brown belt under Bruno Bastos. Born in Brasilia / Brazil her mother encouraged her to start to train Jiu-jitsu when she was just 6 years old with Professor Cláudio Careca.
She started competing when she was 11 years old becoming a professional at 13 years old when she started traveling all over Brazil to compete.
