Mirada Art Brings Creativity and Community Together in Half Moon Bay

Art has a unique way of bringing people together, creating opportunities for conversation and connection. In Pacific Coast Television's latest Business Profile, you are invited inside Mirada Art, a contemporary gallery in downtown Half Moon Bay that celebrates the work of local and regional artists while strengthening the Coastside's vibrant arts community.

Founded in 2017, Mirada Art was created as a collaborative space where artists can share their work, tell their stories, and engage directly with the public. Rather than serving as a traditional gallery, the space encourages meaningful conversations between artists and visitors through thoughtfully curated exhibitions that reflect the beauty, creativity, and character of the California coast.

With rotating exhibitions featuring painters, photographers, jewelers, textile artists, and other creators, the gallery showcases the diverse talent that continues to shape Half Moon Bay's creative identity.

The concentration on the exotic form of the living world of the Life Form work inspired this expressive look at the wonders of the very large and distant in this print exploration of photographs Steve has been gathering for years.

Wow! This Cafe is exploding with art...everywhere! What a unique concept, amazingly delicious crepes, sandwiches, burgers, breakfast food and more, murals, paintings and the humble community of Pacifica come together.

They have take-out, but why leave? You can stay for a while and hang out, observe art, enjoy your meal, and contribute to the eclectic culture of Pacifica and cafe life. Monika Chan and Ani Kalafian explore the mindset of the amazing artist and entertainer, Constantine Abramson, who not only encourages self expression, but lives it. He has such an amazing and free lifestlye you have to check this out :).

Watch as Monika Chan And Ani Kalafian eat their way through hwy 1 on the Pacific Coast, in this case Montara, CA. Known for its beachy surf-town feel, Gherkins sandwiches offers giant portions of their unique, delicious and fresh food to the community. Its also a great hang out spot, where art adorns the walls, and the floor!!!! 

 These girls literally ate everything shown in this segment, in style.
