During the pandemic, the city of Half Moon Bay created a Public notice for residents encouraging them to place a blue ribbon on their doors to indicate solidarity with front line workers.. PCT made that notice into a video for use on our channels to inform the public.
On May 13th, 2022, the Jefferson Union High School District celebrated its Centennial by simultaneously cutting the ribbon to their brand new staff housing development on Serramonte Del Rey.
One of the first developments of its kind, JUHSD has set the new standard by providing affordable housing to their employees, while attracting national attention.
