Zumba Gold® is a beginning-level Zumba class for everybody who desires a low-impact, lower intensity Zumba class experience. Same great music and easy-to-follow moves that feel more like a party than a fitness class! Bring your water bottle, a sweat towel, and please wear appropriate fitness clothing and shoes. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave happy, empowered and feeling strong! Please note this is a 45 minute class.
