About this Event
Enjoy a nourishing yoga class on Poplar Beach in Half Moon Bay on Sunday, September 12 at 9:30am to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. This class is offered in honor of my dear friend Megan Frontiera, who lost her fight to cancer, leaving behind her two young children.
Each time we went for walks and talks along the coastal trail in Half Moon Bay, Megan would say, "Look where we get to live!" She celebrated life and paused often to take in the beauty around her. As I lead you through a gentle yoga class on the beach, I will invite you to pause and take in the beauty around you, just as Megan did. After class, you are invited to hang out and enjoy refreshments (vegan & gluten-free) prepared by a local chef.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There is a parking fee at the Poplar Beach parking lot. To avoid the parking fee, you can park near Railroad Ave and Poplar Ave, and walk to the beach from there.
- Masks are required for anyone who is not vaccinated.
- Please bring your own yoga mat (or towel) and water bottle.
