World Dog Surfing Championships Return to Pacifica

The World Dog Surfing Championships are making their return to Linda Mar Beach in Pacifica on Saturday, August 1, 2026. This popular annual event brings together talented dogs from around the world to ride the waves in both solo and team heats, creating a fun and unforgettable experience for spectators of all ages.

In addition to the surfing competitions, the event offers plenty to explore onshore. Visitors can stroll through the Surf Dog Village, check out the Pet Wellness Fair, meet adoptable pets, and browse a variety of local vendors offering food, merchandise, and pet-related products.
