The Tripp family produces Organic Whisky, Rum, Vodka, Tequila, Gin, etc... by hand in our 220 gallon pot stilled by the ocean in the Sharp Park district of coastal Pacifica.
Each weekend they open their doors to the public so people can cozy up to our Redwood Bar and enjoy adult beverages while watching the "Spirits" being made just a few feet in front of them. Cocktails for sale and tastings of vodka, gin, rum and absinthe are free. Take home bottles for sale with the Pacifica label adorning each.
