The Social Justice Sewing Academy (SJSA) is a critical education program that links artistic expression and activism. In our workshops, participants design 15 x 15-inch quilt squares that reflect their feelings about the experience of women in our culture. Using a scale drawing of their design, an individual raw-edge appliqued square is created using fabric and fabric glue. The quilt squares from this workshop will be incorporated into large community quilts created by SJSA. RSVP -Seating Limited. Let us know you are coming via RSVP https://tinyurl.com/yc9uzb9u
