Sun-drenched streets, live coastal tunes, and the vibrant hum of local makers await at the annual Montara Art and Music Festival on September 20th along 5th Street. What began in 2013 as a humble neighborhood potluck hosted by Wendy Stokes and three close friends has blossomed into a lively, multi-block celebration of local culture, handmade art, jewelry, and fashion.
Whether you're shopping for handcrafted art, unique jewelry, or custom clothing directly from local artisans, there's something to discover at every turn.
Designed with the whole family in mind, the festival features plenty of dedicated kid activities alongside an incredible lineup of local eats from Montara Mobile, Yo Soy Ceviche, and Sage Blake House. Visitors can also support a great cause by checking out on-site charity dog washes and rescue adoptions hosted in partnership with CalPaws K9 Rescue. Come out and experience the very best of community spirit right here in Montara!
