The Tripp family produces Organic Whisky, Rum, Vodka, Tequilla, Gin, etc... by hand in our 220 gallon Pot Still by the Ocean in Sharp Park. Once a week we open to the public so people can cozy up to our Redwood Bar and enjoy adult beverages while watching the Spirits be made just a few feet in front of them.
