Every Saturday the de Young offers free general admission to all residents of the nine Bay Area counties. Saturdays feature engaging art experiences for the entire family, including art making, gallery guides, and tours with discussion and sketching
The Japanese Tea Garden, built in 1894, is the world's largest public Japanese garden in the United States.
Free on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday weekly between 9:00 am and 10:00 am
The museum has free days the first Sunday of every month. You can also qualify for free admission if you are a child 12 and under, a SFUSD student with ID, or a member of the US military. (With up to 5 family members with ID).
At the Asian Art Museu
Come work out and relax at the exotic Orchid gardens! Beginners are encouraged to come and take in the beautiful surroundings before participating in a relaxing yoga workshop! Tickets are $30.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will be performing for free at the Stern Grove Festival on August 1st. Advance reservations are required, which open for the concert July 20 at 2pm.
