When:
Every Friday 9am-4pm, show up anytime and stay as long as you'd like. No RSVP necessary.
What:
Harvest fresh fruits, veggies, and flowers for students to sell at the local farmers market, plant baby plants, and remove weeds.
Where:
The San Mateo County School Farm is located at the end of Bridgeport drive, in Half Moon Bay (in the Clipper Ridge neighborhood).
Please leave vehicles in front of the public park at 310 Bridgeport Drive, Half Moon Bay. Continue walking on Bridgeport drive until it dead ends (about 3 blocks) & you will see a sign for The HEAL Project. Cross the two footbridges at the end of Bridgeport Drive and you will arrive at the farm!
What to bring:
We recommend layers and comfortable clothes that can get dirty; bring a water bottle, lunch, sunscreen, sun hat, and close-toed shoes.
Please leave dogs at home--we love them, but they are not allowed at the farm.
Last Farm Friday of the year is on Dec. 16
